At Longwood Veterinary Clinic, we get a ton of interesting questions from pet parents. Below are some common FAQs that might help answer any questions or concerns. Please feel free to call us at 407-834-2526 for any other concerns you might have about your pet.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. We are closed on Sunday.
Where are you located?
We are at 1080 W State Road 434 in Longwood. We are between Palm Springs Drive and Rangeline Road, directly across from the small shopping outlet. We have a teal metal roof.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Card, Checks, Care Credit.
Do you offer payment plans?
No, but we do accept Care Credit.
What kind of pets do you treat?
We see dogs and cats, and the occasional pocket pet (rabbits, hamsters, ect.)
Do you accept Pet Insurance?
We have Trupanion Express, which allows us to process claims in real time and receive payment from Trupanion policy holders when claim is approved. If you have another provider, we can email records to the policy holder.
Do you accept walk ins?
We are appointment based only, unless you are experiencing an urgent need or emergency.
Do you have a groomer?
We do not have a groomer to cut hair, but we can shave mats or do a full body shave.
What is a Spa Day?
A Spa Day includes a bath, dry, brush out, nail trim, and ear cleaning (can do an anal gland expression upon request)
